I watched an interview between these two UFC fighters, and it just struck me as hilarious how polite they were. They’re speaking eloquently, praising each other’s skills and talking about the great opportunity it is to meet in the ring. Meanwhile, ESPN is showing video clips of the two beating the bloody crap out of other fighters, looking more like animals than men. It was very amusing.

Did you see this article about man caves a while back on CNN? Pretty funny stuff, although I still think it's odd it made it to their homepage.



Anyway, my friend saw it, too. He lives in LA, and is a huge Lakers fan. We joked at the time about a similar bet the next time our two cities competed in sports. And then the finals came to be. And the bet was made.



I am happy to report that I will not be the one sporting a dress and mowing the lawn. His wife tells me she'll get some pictures for me. I wish he was doing my lawn, but that's a hell of a commute.
